Snow Sports
Parkour Class
I would be remiss in properly recording our lives if at least one post didn't mention the latest and probably most favorite event our kids participate in on Monday nights.
For 45 minutes the kids are taught parkour in the back of their martial arts school.
Parkour is a gymnastic art of learning to safely fling one's body through space.
And they LOVE it.
