| Mr. Peppermint was gone for about 6 hours one day...you can imagine the state of mess our house was in trying to find him. Grandma's dog Charlotte finally led us to him...inside the underside of our dishwasher! |

| This was the first time any of us had ever seen or found a praying mantis in the wild! What a treat! We observed him for a few hours and let him go. |

| Science class lately..Miles had a series of things to gather and view under a microscope..and write reports and drawings. Of course Celene was present through it all. |
