We camped with friends at Tunnel Trail Campground, known for its infamous location on the Elroy Sparta bike trail. We met many people on the trail, including a couple from Sweden!
They were biking all the way from British Columbia to New York!

The trail is known for its many tunnels carved into the rock. The trail follows the Niagara Escarpment, a small mountain range that goes across WI from the Northwest to the Southeast. |
The tunnels are completely dark, you have to have lights to see your way. |
The trail was actually a highly active railroad line in the 1800s. |
An Amish buggy came by our campsite, selling bakery and treats. |
The small people love the challenge of chopping logs |
As always, the giant pile of laundry when we get home ;) |
