True to form, Celene took the leaves the boys gathered and ironed them between wax paper and made leaf wreaths

A Fall Stroll in the Park

While the older kids studied in piano lessons, 

the little guys and I enjoyed autumn at the park.

Various Things

I quickly took a photo before Hannah wrapped her embroidery art up as a gift for Grandma's birthday

Theo got a dump truck for his birthday and would not let it go, even to nap

He also got a scooter, which he loves and joined Daddy and Eli riding around the driveway at night

Hannah found and dug up this huge radish from our garden!

Frost Under the Microscope

Thrilled by the sparkly layer of frost the past few mornings, 

the kids brought out the microscope and viewed a leaf covered with frost.

The frost crystals are amazing and beautiful. Such perfect shapes!

Celene even managed to get a photo through the scope with her phone.
