Quebec! Summer Trip 2014

Well hello there, greetings from Quebec!
It's been a week or two since I've updated this blog, and a lot has happened in that time.
Well, to dive right in...
Our family is spending the months of June and July in Quebec this summer!
Shawn's job has him working here, and we all got to tag along this time.

We drove, of course, and the trip went really well. I was surprised how well, actually.
Nonetheless, we were happy to the see the hotel that is to be our home for the next two months after 18 hours in the van (with two hotel stops for bed, that is.)

I will try to keep up with this blog, documenting what we are doing,
to keep in touch with you all, and also to keep an online memory book for us. :)

We stopped to view some large ships in St Ignace. The kids loved seeing this little goose family up close.

A ship-building company here is contracted to make the US Navy a warship. We couldn't get close to it though.
